Full lips head rotation reference
The full-lips head carries a mouth that stands forward of the chin and the nose base. In profile, measure how far the lips project past a line from the nose to the chin before you draw their shape. Wrap the mouth around the curve of the teeth in the turned views, so the far half shortens. The narrow jaw and smooth skull keep the larger shapes simple.
